Return Policy for FULLY HYPED
At FULLY HYPED, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item(s), we provide a straightforward return process. Please review our return policy below:
Time Frame:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include the original packaging and tags.
Return Process:
Initiate Your Return:
Log in to your account at fullyhyped.com and navigate to your past orders.
Select the order you wish to return and click on the ‘Start Return Process’ option.
Return Review:
Once you have submitted your return request, our team will review it. If your return meets our criteria, we will approve the request and send you a return label via email.
Shipping Your Return:
Print the provided return label and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Receiving and Inspection:
After we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the condition. Once everything is verified, we will process the return.
Refund Processing:
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This process typically takes a number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that the refund amount may be adjusted if the return does not meet our conditions, such as new and unused state with original packaging.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your refund. The original method of payment will be credited within 5 business days. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you desire.
Non-returnable items:
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Customized products or free products (excluding shipment fee).
