Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include the original packaging and tags.
Initiate Your Return: Log in to your account at fullyhyped.com and navigate to your past orders. Select the order you wish to return and click on the ‘Start Return Process’ option.
Return Review: Once you have submitted your return request, our team will review it. If your return meets our criteria, we will approve the request and send you a return label via email.
Shipping Your Return: Print the provided return label and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Receiving and Inspection: After we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the condition. Once everything is verified, we will process the return.
Refund Processing: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This process typically takes a number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that the refund amount may be adjusted if the return does not meet our conditions, such as new and unused state with original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your refund. The original method of payment will be credited within 5 business days. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy for FULLY HYPED

Thank you for shopping at FULLY HYPED. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within a maximum of 10 business days, excluded pre-order items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Mostly delivered by PostNL or DHL
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: FULLY HYPED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
